Job Description

We are looking for a Site Engineer to join our team at Neetdeep Group to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and maintain computer systems, networks and hardware
Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems
Install and configure operating systems and security tools
Maintain documentation for IT procedures and system updates

Job Requirements:

Networking Knowledge: Strong understanding of IP addressing, TCP/IP, switches, routers, and LAN/WAN networks.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in low-voltage electrical wiring, cable termination (CAT5/CAT6), and using hand/power tools.
Hardware Familiarity: Knowledge of various camera types (Bullet, Dome, PTZ) and brands like Hikvision, CP Plus, or Dahua.
Physical Abilities: Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and comfortably work outdoors or in tight spaces.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with vocational certifications in electronics, IT, or telecommunications preferred.
