Job Summary:

ICON Infoline Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and proactive Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure for our clients. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in configuring routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and network security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless network infrastructure.
Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls.
Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Perform network diagnostics and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Manage VPN connectivity, remote access, and internet leased lines.
Implement and maintain network security policies and controls.
Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for issue resolution and service management.
Prepare network documentation, diagrams, and reports.
Support server connectivity, storage networks, and cloud-based networking solutions.
Provide on-site and remote support to customers.
Conduct preventive maintenance and periodic health checks.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and industry best practices.

Required Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, NAT, and routing protocols.
Hands-on experience with Cisco Systems, Fortinet, Sophos, MikroTik, or Ubiquiti devices.
Experience with firewall configuration and security policies.
Knowledge of wireless networking and access point deployment.
Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies.
Experience with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
