Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, access points).
Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Troubleshoot network issues (connectivity, latency, packet loss, etc.).
Configure and manage LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPNs, and IP addressing.
Maintain network security through firewalls, antivirus, and access controls.
Perform regular network audits and upgrades.
Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for network-related issues.
Maintain documentation of network architecture and configurations.
Support users for network-related problems.
Ensure data backup and disaster recovery planning related to network systems.
Work Environment:
- Office + field work (site visits for installations & troubleshooting)
- May require on-call support for critical issues
