1. Knowledge of system hardware & networking, OS, Printers and peripherals.
2. Knowledge on mail configuration& trouble shooting.
3. Configuring MS Outlook,implementing IP addressing.
4. Configuring protocol & LAN.
5. Handle technical support activities data network.
6. Install & test desktop software support app & internet browser.
7. Responsible for proper internet connectivity and installation of LAN port & routers.
8. Knowledge of Firewall & Server.
