Key Responsibilities

Hardware & IT Support
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades of systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues.
Networking
- Configure and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and ensure connectivity across departments.
- Provide support for internet, VPN, and server-related issues.
CCTV & Surveillance
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot surveillance equipment.
- Ensure proper recording, storage, and backup of CCTV footage.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain logs of IT support requests and resolutions.
- Prepare reports on system/network uptime and CCTV performance.
- Assist in vendor coordination for hardware and surveillance equipment.
