Job Description

We are looking for candidates to join our technical field team for fiber deployment, broadband installation, fault repair, and basic electrical support activities across Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and deploy fiber optic cables for broadband connections.

• Perform fiber cable routing, laying, and termination.

• Assist with FTTH installation, fiber splicing, and testing.

• Troubleshoot broadband connectivity and network-related issues.

• Identify and repair fiber cable cuts and signal loss.

• Install and configure ONT/ONU devices and Wi-Fi routers.

• Perform basic electrical wiring and equipment installation.

• Support field technicians with cable routing, drilling, and maintenance activities.

• Attend customer complaints and complete assigned service requests within TAT.

• Maintain daily work reports and follow safety procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / Any Degree.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Basic knowledge of fiber optics, networking, broadband, or electrical work is preferred.

• Willingness to travel across Chennai for fieldwork.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
