Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced L2 / L3 Network Engineers with strong multi-vendor exposure to manage, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure. The role involves working on complex, high-performance environments, supporting both wired and wireless networks, and driving end-to-end project execution with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

•Utilize monitoring tools to detect, diagnose, and resolve network-related issues across the infrastructure

•Communicate the impact of network issues to business stakeholders, developers, and internal teams

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize network infrastructure

•Take a data-driven approach to troubleshoot complex networking issues

•Support and manage a hybrid network environment (wired + wireless)

•Leverage automation and follow a DevOps approach to improve efficiency in network operations

Handle end-to-end project execution, including planning, deployment, and documentation

Assist in documentation of processes and continuously improve operational efficiency

Work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Technical Skills Required:

Core Networking:

•Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and IP Networking

•Advanced troubleshooting skills

Routing & Switching:

Experience with BGP, MPLS, VPN (IPSEC)

Multicast protocols: IGMP, PIM

Hands-on with Aruba and Juniper switches

Firewall:

Experience with Palo Alto and FortiGate firewalls

Wireless:

Experience with Aruba and Cisco WiFi solutions

Monitoring & Tools:

Hands-on with SIEM, Syslog, SNMP, NetFlow

Systems & Automation:

•Linux Administration (Mandatory)

•Python scripting is highly appreciated for automation and efficiency improvements

Soft Skills & Competencies:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a global team environment across multiple locations

Good judgment and decision-making ability with ownership of outcomes

High energy, result-driven, and ability to perform under pressure

Reliable and flexible to occasionally work beyond standard hours

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Related Field

CCNP certification or equivalent preferred

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on networking experience
