
iPlanetcare is looking for a skilled Apple Service Technician to diagnose and repair Apple iPhones and MacBooks. The ideal candidate should also have working knowledge of Android mobile phones and laptops. The role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach to ensure high-quality repair services.
Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in iPhones and MacBooks
· Perform component-level repairs such as display, battery, charging port, motherboard, and IC-level troubleshooting
· Handle repairs for Android smartphones and laptops when required
· Ensure quality checks and testing after repairs
· Maintain repair records and service documentation
· Explain repair issues and solutions clearly to customers
· Follow company SOPs, safety standards, and data privacy guidelines
· Manage tools, spare parts, and workstation cleanliness
· Support walk-in and service-center repair requirements
Requirements
· Strong hands-on experience in iPhone and MacBook repairs
· Knowledge of Android mobile phone and laptop repairs
· Ability to diagnose hardware and software issues efficiently
· Familiarity with tools, schematics, and repair equipment
· Customer handling and communication skills
· Attention to detail and quality workmanship
· Minimum 6 months to 6+ years of experience in mobile and laptop repairs
· ITI / Diploma / Certification in Mobile or Laptop Repair (preferred, not mandatory)
Work-Timings
· 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
· 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
· 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
