Job Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair laptops at the hardware level.
Should be able to open, assemble, and disassemble laptops independently.
Troubleshoot and repair motherboards and other laptop hardware components.
Identify hardware faults and perform necessary repairs/replacements.
Handle field visits and provide on-site technical support.
Maintain proper service records and ensure timely resolution of assigned cases.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in laptop hardware repair.
Strong knowledge of motherboard troubleshooting and repair.
Ability to independently open and assemble laptops.
Basic understanding of electronic components and hardware diagnostics.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Mandatory Requirement
Own 2-wheeler is mandatory.
Candidate should be comfortable with field travel.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with 1.5–3 years of hands-on experience in laptop and motherboard repair, who can independently handle field service calls and hardware troubleshooting.
