Job Description

We are looking for a Operation Manager to join our team at Urjavidhi Private Limited to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IOT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000 - ₹45,000 and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and maintain PREPAID METER , networks and hardware
Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems
Install and configure prepaid meter , IOD device.
Coordinate and manage field technicians, internal team and clients.
Maintain documentation for client onboarding

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Hands-on knowledge of IT/Technology operation, routers, LAN/WAN and diagnostic tools is essential.
