Job Description

Responsible for configuring hardware and software, securing networks, and troubleshooting complex technical issues to ensure maximum system uptime and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and maintain computer systems, networks, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Security Implementation: Enforce security policies, manage firewalls, and maintain system backups to protect against data breaches

System Monitoring: Regularly monitor network performance, perform system updates, and optimize overall efficiency.
Documentation & Training: Maintain detailed documentation of IT procedures and provide training to end-users on new technologies.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems, alongside database management and scripting skills.
Networking: Deep understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall configuration.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair complex system malfunctions.
Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related engineering field.
Certifications: Industry-recognized credentials such as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+/Security+, or Microsoft Certified Azure/M365 are highly desirable.
