Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and maintain computer systems, networks, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Security Implementation: Enforce security policies, manage firewalls, and maintain system backups to protect against data breaches

Documentation & Training: Maintain detailed documentation of IT procedures and provide training to end-users on new technologies.
