Job Overview

Airtel is hiring Field Technicians to install and configure Wi-Fi routers at customer locations. The role involves visiting assigned customer sites, completing installations, performing basic troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless internet connectivity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Install and configure Wi-Fi routers at customer premises.

Perform basic troubleshooting and connectivity checks.

Visit assigned customer locations as per the daily schedule.

Update installation status through the mobile application.

Ensure timely completion of installation tasks.

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional behaviour.

Eligibility Criteria

ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification preferred.

Freshers with knowledge of router installation can apply.

Basic knowledge of networking, telecom, broadband, electrical work, DTH, CCTV, or device installation is preferred.

Bike/Motorcycle is mandatory.

Must have a valid driving licence.

Must own a smartphone.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Monthly Salary: ₹25,000

Performance Incentive: ₹100 per device for installations completed after the first 2 devices in a day.
