Job Description

We are looking for a IT Technician/Network Technician to join our team at Alfabet Solutions to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 12,000 - ₹ 20,000 and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, networks and hardware
Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues
Setup CCTV and Biometric Systems and monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems
Provide training and documentation for system maintenance for end-user
Maintain documentation for IT procedures and system updates

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 2 - 5 years of experience. Hands-on knowledge of operating systems, routers, LAN/WAN and diagnostic tools is essential.
