Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor live CCTV footage on a continuous basis.

  • Detect and report any unusual, suspicious, or unlawful activity immediately.

  • Record and maintain logs of incidents, observations, and system downtime.

  • Coordinate with the security/management team in case of emergencies.

  • Ensure CCTV systems are functioning properly and report any technical issues.

  • Assist in reviewing recorded footage when required for investigation.

  • Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of data.
