Job Description

  • Provide first-line technical support to users for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.

  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

  • Set up user accounts, email accounts, computers, and required software.

  • Diagnose and resolve Windows, Microsoft Office, internet, Wi-Fi, LAN, and peripheral issues.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot basic network infrastructure, including routers, switches, access points, and cabling.

  • Monitor system performance and escalate complex technical issues when required.

  • Perform regular system updates, software installations, antivirus checks, and basic security maintenance.

  • Maintain IT asset records, equipment inventory, and technical documentation.

  • Assist with data backup, recovery, and basic cybersecurity procedures.
