Job Role:
Maintain and support all employee computer systems
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Install & configure Windows OS and Microsoft Office
Manage LAN/Ethernet connections and internet issues
Disable USB ports and restrict websites as per company policy
Ensure system security and antivirus updates
Support bank audits and internal IT compliance
Handle IT assets and basic documentation
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of hardware & networking
Experience in Windows installation and IT support
Good troubleshooting skills
