Job Description

🧑‍🔧 Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CCTV Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and service CCTV systems for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, punctual, customer-friendly, and able to work independently at various sites.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and test CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, wiring, and related equipment.

Mount cameras at optimum locations ensuring proper coverage and alignment.

Set up and test network-based cameras (analog & IP systems).

Perform routine maintenance, system upgrades, and repairs.

Diagnose and fix system faults — hardware and software issues.

Install and manage cabling (coaxial, CAT5/CAT6, power).

Provide excellent customer service and user training on system usage.

Prepare service reports and maintain job documentation.
