Location – Sector 43 Gurgaon

Working Days – 6 Days/Week

Timings – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Provide technical support to computers, printers and networks.

· Troubleshoot hardware, software and internet issues..

· Install and update software and antivirus.

· Manage user access, emails and system security.

· Monitor servers, Wi-Fi and data backups.

· Handle CCTV installation, monitoring and maintenance.

· Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

· Maintain IT inventory and documentation.

· Support new system implementation.

· Ensure minimal downtime and smooth daily operations.
