IT Technician/Network Technician

We are looking for a skilled IT professional with hands-on experience in LAN/WAN networking, hardware troubleshooting, and CCTV systems including NVR/DVR management. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth network and surveillance system operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Management

Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks

Configure routers, switches, and access points

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues

Manage IP addressing, VLANs, and basic firewall configurations

Hardware & System Support

Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printers

Perform hardware upgrades and replacements

Manage system backups and antivirus updates

Provide technical support to end users

CCTV & Surveillance Systems

Install and configure CCTV cameras

Manage and maintain NVR (Network Video Recorder) and DVR (Digital Video Recorder) systems

Troubleshoot camera connectivity and recording issues

Ensure proper storage management and video backup

Maintenance & Documentation

Maintain IT inventory records

Ensure preventive maintenance of IT equipment

Coordinate with vendors for repairs and upgrades

Document network diagrams and system configurations

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networking

Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

Hands-on experience with routers, switches, patch panels

Experience handling NVR/DVR systems

Knowledge of CCTV camera installation and troubleshooting

Basic understanding of network security

Good problem-solving skills

• It is a Full Time Hardware / Network Engineer job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
