Job Description

We are looking for an IT Technician/Network Technician to join our team to manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure. The role includes resolving hardware and network issues, monitoring and maintaining CCTV systems, and ensuring smooth operation of computer systems and related equipment.

Monitor CCTV systems to ensure continuous surveillance and report any technical issues
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related equipment
Diagnose and resolve computer hardware and software problems
Set up, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
Monitor basic network connectivity related to CCTV and office systems
Install, configure, and update operating systems and required software
Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance
Maintain proper documentation for CCTV systems, system repairs, and IT procedures
