We are looking for a detail-oriented NetSuite Support Specialist to join our Bangalore team. This role is a good fit for someone with early-career ERP, operations, or systems support experience who is strong with data, reporting, troubleshooting, and user support.

In this position, you will work closely with teams in both India and the U.S. to support daily NetSuite operations, assist users, improve processes, and help maintain data accuracy across the business.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide day-to-day support to NetSuite users across departments.

· Create and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards.

· Assist with user setup, permissions, forms, records, and basic system maintenance.

· Troubleshoot system and process issues, and escalate more technical issues when needed.

· Support data cleanup, audits, and mass updates to help maintain system accuracy.

· Assist with workflow updates and process improvements.

· Help investigate discrepancies between systems, reports, and operational data.

· Provide basic user training and support to help teams use NetSuite effectively.

· Maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and system tasks.

· Coordinate with internal teams on finance, operations, supply chain, and sales-related system needs.

· Support integration-related tasks and testing when required.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

· 1–3 years of experience in ERP support, business systems support, operations support, help desk, or a similar role.

· Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data and reports.

· Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Good written and verbal English communication skills.

· Ability to work on-site in Bangalore during night shift hours.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system.

· Familiarity with saved searches, reporting, dashboards, or workflow tools.

· Experience supporting e-commerce, inventory, order management, or operations processes.

· Exposure to APIs, integrations, or EDI is a plus, but not required.

· Experience working with U.S.-based teams is a plus.
