Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for computer hardware and software troubleshooting, networking support, and CCTV installation and maintenance at client locations.

Key Responsibilities

Computer Repair & IT Support

Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Install and configure Windows operating systems and software applications.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and internet-related issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades.
Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients.

CCTV Installation & Maintenance

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and IP cameras.
Perform cable laying, routing, and termination.
Configure remote monitoring and mobile viewing applications.
Troubleshoot CCTV system faults and connectivity issues.
Conduct periodic maintenance and system inspections.

Networking

Configure routers, switches, Wi-Fi devices, and LAN networks.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
Assist in network setup and structured cabling.

Requirements

Diploma/ITI/Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT support, computer repair, and CCTV installation.
Basic knowledge of networking and surveillance systems.
Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to travel for field service visits when required.
