Provide first-level and second-level technical support to employees.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Manage user accounts, email accounts, access permissions, and passwords.
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.
Install and update operating systems, applications, antivirus, and security software.
Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper allocation and tracking of equipment.
Perform regular data backup and support data recovery processes.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity problems.
Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
Maintain IT documentation, licenses, warranties, and service records.
Implement and follow IT security policies and best practices.
Support CCTV, biometric attendance, access-control systems, and other technology infrastructure where applicable.
Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and new technology implementations.
Ensure timely resolution and documentation of IT support tickets.
