Job Description:
We are looking for an IT Technician with knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and X-Lite (VoIP softphone). The candidate will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, supporting users, and resolving IT-related issues.

Responsibilities:

Install and maintain computer hardware
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Configure and support X-Lite softphone / VoIP
Provide technical support to staff

Requirements:

Experience in IT support or technician role
