Job Summary:
The IT Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the agency’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of recovery systems, data security, and supporting collection teams with technical tools and software.
Key Responsibilities:
1. System & Network Management
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and servers
Ensure uninterrupted functioning of recovery software and databases
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
2. Software & Application Support
Manage collection/recovery software (CRM, dialer systems, tracking tools)
Provide technical support to recovery agents and staff
Coordinate with software vendors for updates and bug fixes
3. Data Management & Security
Maintain debtor/customer databases securely
Perform regular data backups and recovery processes
Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies
4. Technical Support
Provide day-to-day IT support (hardware, software, email, login issues)
Resolve system errors quickly to avoid downtime in recovery operations
Train staff on using IT systems effectively
5. Reporting & Automation
Generate MIS reports for management (collection performance, agent productivity)
Automate reports and workflows where possible
Maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring
6. Cybersecurity & Compliance
Implement antivirus, firewall, and security measures
Monitor for unauthorized access or data breaches
Ensure systems comply with regulatory requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Knowledge of networking, hardware, and system administration
Experience with CRM or collection software is a plus
Basic knowledge of databases (SQL, Excel, reporting tools)
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Understanding of data security practices
Preferred Experience:
1–3 years in IT support (experience in BFSI or recovery agency preferred)
Familiarity with dialer systems and call center technology
