Job Description

Job Responsibilities:•

• Provide desktop support (PC, printer, Outlook) for users.

• Configure and troubleshoot networks (RJ45, Wi-Fi routers, IP setup, telephone lines).

• Install and maintain CCTV systems (IP/Analog cameras, DVR/NVR, POE switches, patch panels).

• Handle Windows installation, formatting, VPN setup, and system troubleshooting.

• Visit outlets and cloud kitchens to resolve IT-related complaints (bike required).

Requirements:

• Experience in IT support, networking, and CCTV installation.

• Good problem-solving and independent working skills.

• Must have a bike for travel.
