We are seeking a Technical Support professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for providing excellent customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems in a timely manner.
Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in the support ticketing system.
Collaborate with other team members to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
Assist in the creation of technical documentation and user manuals.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
2-3 years of experience in a technical support role or similar position.
Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
