Job Title: Laptop Hardware Technician – L2

Job Summary:
Responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing laptop hardware issues. Performs component replacement, installs operating systems and drivers, conducts quality testing, and ensures timely closure of service requests while meeting SLA/TAT requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair laptop hardware issues.
Replace components such as motherboard, display, keyboard, battery, SSD/HDD, RAM, fan, and hinges.
Install Windows OS, drivers, and BIOS updates.
Perform testing and quality checks after repairs.
Maintain service records and coordinate with the spare parts team.
Escalate complex issues to the L3 technician when required.

Experience: 2–5 years in laptop hardware repair.
