Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1/2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Diagnose and resolve system outages, performance issues, and application errors.
Assist end users with device setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups in Active Directory/M365 environments.
Monitor and maintain network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi).
Oversee server maintenance, patching, and updates.

Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery operations.
Implement security best practices including antivirus management, access controls, and vulnerability remediation.
Monitor system performance and optimize IT resources.

Maintain detailed documentation of IT processes, network configurations, and system workflows.
Develop and improve internal IT policies, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
