IT Professional

We are looking for a IT Professional to join our team at Wahren India Private Limited to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹35000 and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network & Firewall Management:

  • Configure, monitor, and maintain network firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Sophos, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto).

  • Ensure secure and optimized network connectivity across all locations.

  • Troubleshoot network issues and implement corrective actions promptly.

• Server Administration:

  • Manage Windows/Linux servers, file servers, and domain controllers (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP).

  • Perform regular system backups, updates, and patch management.

  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.

• Networking:

  • Install, configure, and support LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems.

  • Monitor bandwidth usage and network performance.

  • Maintain network documentation and diagrams.

• SAP Support:

  • Coordinate with SAP consultants and business users for system support and issue resolution.

  • Support SAP user management, printer configurations, and connectivity between SAP and local systems.

  • Ensure integration between SAP servers and local IT infrastructure.

• Security & Compliance:

  • Implement cybersecurity best practices and ensure data protection.

  • Conduct periodic audits of IT systems and maintain security policies.

• Technical Support:

  • Provide Level 1 & 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Manage IT assets, inventory, and license compliance.

  • Support users with desktop/laptop setup, email configuration, and VPN access.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Hands-on knowledge of operating systems, routers, LAN/WAN and diagnostic tools is essential.

• It is a Full Time Hardware / Network Engineer job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
