Job Role: Hardware & Network Engineer

We are hiring experienced and self-motivated Hardware & Network Engineers who are passionate about solving technical issues and providing IT support. The ideal candidate should be ready to take on both onsite and field responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Install, maintain, and troubleshoot operating systems and network issues

· Repair and maintain laptops and desktop systems

· Perform field visits to client locations (own vehicle mandatory)

· Configure basic firewall systems and ensure secure network setups

· Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth issue resolution

· Maintain service records and update technical documentation

· Provide timely technical support across various environments

Requirements:

✔️ Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
✔️ At least 2 years of experience in hardware & networking
✔️ Based in Ahmedabad
✔️ Strong knowledge of OS installation, desktop/laptop repair, and networking basics
✔️ Basic understanding of firewall configuration
✔️ Good communication and troubleshooting skills
✔️ Must own a two-wheeler for field work
