IT Hardware Engineer

• Knowledge on the IT Asset Management Lifecycle process, sanitization/Secure Data wiping, Asset Release, allocation.

• Good understanding on the Service now- CMDB

• Good Understanding of MIS reports and Good MS-Excel Skills

• Support the Preparation of SLA / KPI Reports for Requested items

• Knowledge of ITAM Lifecycle

• Building and maintaining the CMDB

• Service Now HAM Pro

• Flawless Communication skills in Business English – spoken and written

• Ability to guide team members

• Collaborative working, drive for improving team performance

• Ability to work under pressure and against timelines, SLAs

• Handle high workloads and volumes, Proper documentation of the daily tasks.

• Detail orientation should understand the client requirement and provide solution and handles escalation.

• Proactive approach, anticipate issues and act on them before they become showstoppers.

• Interact with global customers

• Understanding of cultural aspects of people from different geographies

• Sense of urgency in closing tasks Asset Management Install, repair, and maintain computer hardware systems and peripherals. Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend suitable upgrades. Ensure hardware compatibility with software and network setups.
