Diagnose and resolve hardware, system, and basic software issues
Set up, manage, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and cabling
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems
Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and security tools (antivirus, firewall)
Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades
Maintain IT asset inventory and hardware documentation
Provide technical support to end users and resolve IT tickets on time
