Ruia Fabrics is seeking an experienced and proactive IT Hardware Engineer to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot our information technology infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless data flow, network connectivity, and hardware performance across both corporate office spaces and our active fabrics manufacturing setup.
## Key Responsibilities:
• Hardware Maintenance: Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, barcode scanners, and other peripherals used across offices and production floors.
• Manufacturing IT Support: Diagnose and resolve technical snags on computers connected to industrial fabric machinery, ensuring minimal downtime in manufacturing.
• Network Troubleshooting: Maintain and configure local area networks (LANs), Wi-Fi routers, access points, and switches to maintain strong operational connectivity.
• Software & OS Support: Install and manage Windows operating systems, MS Office suites, antivirus tools, and localized manufacturing or inventory software.
• Asset Management: Track hardware inventory, coordinate vendor repairs, and assist end-users with daily complex technical issues.
## Requirements:
• Proven 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support or hardware engineering.
• Relevant educational qualification (Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Hardware, Networking, or equivalent field).
• Strong troubleshooting skills in computer hardware, assembly, and network peripherals.
• Previous experience working within a manufacturing facility or factory environment is a strong preference.
