Maintain and update the organization's IT asset inventory.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Provide first-level hardware, software, and basic network support.
Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding by issuing and collecting IT assets.
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement, repairs, and maintenance.
Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset records, and support logs.
Ensure proper asset tracking and compliance with company IT policies.
Eligibility Criteria
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, computer hardware, networking, and Microsoft Office.
Good communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Willingness to learn and build a career in IT Support.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
