Job Description

Job Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Computers, Laptops, and Printers.

- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV Camera Systems.

- Perform Hardware Repair, Preventive Maintenance, and System Upgrades.

- Install Windows OS, software applications, and perform system formatting.

- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, and Network-related issues.

- Provide end-user support for Desktops, Printers, Scanners, Email, and Office IT infrastructure.

- Provide basic technical support for ERP and Office Software.

- Manage Data Backup, Antivirus, and System Security.

- Maintain IT Assets and coordinate with AMC vendors.

- Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization.
