Job Description

· Handle daily technical support activities on desktop and laptop support for the Qualcomm Team

· Maintain the office computer peripheral devices and resolve associated

Problems

· Perform the system changes adhered to organizational policies

· Installation of operating system and Hardware ( RAM, HDD Etc.,)

· Assembling and Dissembling the desktops

· Update the system as soon as new version of OS and software comes out

· Installing and Updating Anti-Virus in Office

· Conduct remote desktop troubleshoot to end-users

· Direct Unresolved issues to the next level of support person

· Resolving the Escalation calls in house employees
