Job Description:
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
Install, update, and support operating systems (Windows) and required software applications.
Provide technical support to users and resolve hardware and software issues.
Manage LAN, internet connectivity, email systems, and basic network troubleshooting.
Ensure system security through antivirus management, data backup, and regular updates.
Set up new systems and upgrade existing systems as per organizational requirements.
Maintain IT asset inventory and related documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support.
Support daily IT operations and ensure smooth functioning of systems.
