Job Description

We are looking for a IT Hardware Engineer to join our team Basant Group to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and peripherals
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices
Perform routine maintenance and upgrades of IT hardware
Manage installation and replacement of hardware components (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboards, etc.)
Provide technical support to users and resolve hardware-related issues
Assist in network setup, cabling, and basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting
