We are looking for a Customer Support Engg to join our team to resolve hardware & network issues and CCTV problem.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain computer systems, networks and hardware
Diagnose and fix hardware/software/Outlook issues
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems
Install and configure operating systems and security tools
Maintain documentation for IT procedures and system updates
CCTV DVR and NVR Configuration and little troubleshooting of camera
Job Requirements:
The minimum experience of 2 years. Hands-on knowledge of operating systems, routers, LAN/WAN Outlook, diagnostic tools is essential and CCTV DVR and NVR Configuration and little troubleshooting of camera .
