Job Description

Mindware is a growing technology and barcode solutions company specializing in IT infrastructure, barcode printers, scanners, networking solutions, and business automation systems. We are looking for a dedicated IT Hardware Engineer to support and maintain our IT operations and hardware systems.

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and IT hardware
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Configure and manage LAN/WAN networks, routers, and switches
Install operating systems, antivirus, and security tools
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems
Maintain printers, barcode printers, scanners, and peripheral devices
Perform system upgrades, backups, and preventive maintenance
Provide technical support to staff and resolve daily IT issues
Maintain records of IT assets, system updates, and service reports
Ensure smooth functioning of overall IT infrastructure

Requirements:

Graduate in any relevant field
1–2 years of experience in IT hardware and networking
Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, routers, and diagnostic tools
Basic understanding of server support and data backup
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
