About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, technically capable, and dependable IT Manager & Systems Administrator to oversee the complete IT and digital infrastructure across our office, factory, and select management residential systems. The role requires a hands-on individual who can independently manage day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain network and backup systems, oversee security infrastructure, and support a largely Apple-based design studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Infrastructure & Systems Management
Manage and maintain all office and factory computer systems, networks, peripherals, and shared infrastructure. Oversee approximately 30–40 systems across multiple locations. Ensure smooth functioning of office server systems, shared storage systems, cloud backup systems, network-attached storage systems, and factory workstation systems.
2. Apple Ecosystem & Device Management
Strong working knowledge of MacBooks, iMacs, Mac Studio systems, iPads, iPhones, and Apple ecosystem integrations. Configure and troubleshoot Apple ID syncing, AirDrop/iCloud workflows, device migration and setup, cross-device integrations, and backup/restore processes.
3. Hardware Procurement & Technical Advisory
Advise management regarding new computer purchases, system upgrades, storage requirements, UPS systems, networking equipment, and peripheral devices. Compare systems based on performance, budget, longevity, and upgradeability for architecture and design workflows.
4. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Provide day-to-day troubleshooting support for computers, printers, WIFI, internet connectivity, server access, backup systems, and peripheral devices across Windows and macOS environments.
5. Network, Internet & WIFI Management
Monitor and troubleshoot WIFI connectivity, router and switch performance, internet disruptions, and internal networking issues. Coordinate with internet service providers and networking vendors.
6. Security Systems & Surveillance
Oversee CCTV camera systems, NVR/DVR recording systems, security storage systems, biometric attendance systems, and Apple Capsule-related residential systems. Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors.
7. Software, Licensing & Subscription Management
Maintain records of software licenses, renewals, subscription dates, device inventories, and warranty periods. Coordinate license renewals and negotiate pricing with vendors.
8. Data Backup & Digital Security
Ensure regular and reliable data backup systems are functioning correctly, including cloud backups, local backups, and redundancy systems. Conduct periodic backup verification checks.
9. IT Asset & Inventory Management
Maintain detailed records of system serial numbers, purchase dates, warranty periods, assigned employees, and repair/service history.
10. Access Control & Employee IT Management
Manage employee access permissions, email configurations, password resets, onboarding, and exit procedures for staff.
11. Vendor Coordination & External Liaison
Liaise with internet providers, CCTV vendors, software providers, hardware suppliers, biometric vendors, and external IT consultants. Follow up on repairs, quotations, and renewals.
Desired Skills & Experience Required:
3–6 years of experience in IT administration or systems management. Strong knowledge of Apple products and macOS environments. Good networking and WIFI troubleshooting capabilities. Experience handling small office servers and backup systems.
Preferred
Experience working with architecture, design, or creative studios. Familiarity with NAS systems and backup workflows. Understanding of design software environments and rendering workflows.

Working Structure
Based primarily out of the Delhi office with periodic visits to the factory and other locations. Occasional support may be required for residential systems linked to management infrastructure.
