Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Hardware / RFID Installation Engineer who can handle RFID system installation, troubleshooting, on-site support, and user training. The role requires travel for installations and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure RFID readers, antennas, and related hardware

• Perform on-site RFID system setup and commissioning

• Identify and correct hardware, connectivity, or configuration issues

• Provide user training on RFID system usage and basic troubleshooting

• Coordinate with software team for system integration

• Travel to client sites for installation, support, and training

• Handle basic networking, cabling, and power connections

• Maintain installation reports and service records

Required Skills

• Experience in IT hardware installation or field engineering

• Basic knowledge of RFID systems (preferred)

• Understanding of networking, cabling, USB/COM ports

• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and system issues

• Willingness to travel for work

• Good communication skills for client interaction

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in RFID, electronics, or automation systems

• Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electronics, IT, or related field

• It is a Full Time Hardware / Network Engineer job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
