Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Install and update Windows, MS Office, antivirus, and other applications.
Configure Wi-Fi, LAN, routers, and internet connectivity.
Maintain IT inventory and company assets.
Provide technical support to employees for day-to-day IT issues.
Set up systems for new employees and manage user accounts.
Perform regular system maintenance and data backup.
Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and AMC when required.
Ensure proper functioning of CCTV, biometric devices, and other office IT equipment (if applicable).
