Salary- ₹18,000 - ₹20,000

Qualification- 12th Pass/Diploma

Experience- 6 months - 6+ years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware Support: Install, configure, and repair desktop computers, laptops, servers, printers, and peripheral devices. [1]

• Network Administration: Set up, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, wireless access points, virtual private networks (VPNs), and VLANs. [1]

• Device Configuration: Configure and manage core network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Identify, isolate, and resolve hardware breakdowns, network bottlenecks, IP conflicts, and connectivity drops.

• Security & Backups: Implement firewall rules, manage antivirus/malware protection, and assist with data backup and disaster recovery procedures.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of network diagrams, hardware inventories, IP allocation sheets, and support tickets.

• Vendor & Team Collaboration: Coordinate with third-party telecom or hardware vendors and support internal end-users

• Set up and maintain computer systems, networks and hardware

• Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues

• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems

• Install and configure operating systems and security tools

• Maintain documentation for IT procedures and system updates
