Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
Manage software installation, updates, licensing, and troubleshooting
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues
Monitor system performance and ensure uptime of all IT assets
Handle LAN/Wi-Fi setup, network troubleshooting, and connectivity issues
Maintain IT inventory (systems, accessories, licenses, etc.)
Ensure data backup, system security, and antivirus compliance
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, AMC, and issue resolution
Support CRM, internal tools, and basic system configurations
Set up IT infrastructure for new employees (email, system, access rights)
Troubleshoot email, printer, internet, and access-related issues
Maintain documentation of IT processes, assets, and configurations
