Job Description

We are looking for a proactive NCR ATM Field Service Engineer to handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of NCR ATMs across assigned branches. The role requires strong technical skills, quick problem-solving, and clear communication with both customers and management.

Perform OS patch and software installation on NCR ATMs to maintain security and performance.

- Conduct cassette calibration for accurate cash dispensing and minimize transaction errors.

- Execute IP migration and network configuration changes for ATM connectivity.

- Provide on-site and remote support for ATM issues, including preventive and corrective maintenance

-SPS & Carder errors clear and check all models
