Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT hardware.
Diagnose and resolve hardware issues related to RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, SMPS, CPU, monitors and peripherals.
Provide IT hardware and desktop support to office, production, stores, warehouse and other departments.
Maintain and update IT asset inventory and hardware records.
Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, software and system updates.
Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, networking and basic connectivity issues.
Support CCTV, biometric attendance systems, barcode scanners and other IT equipment where required.
Coordinate with hardware vendors/service providers for repairs and warranty claims.
Perform preventive maintenance of computers and other IT equipment.
Ensure proper backup and data security practices for company systems.
Maintain records of hardware breakdowns, repairs and replacements.
Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related complaints within the required time.
Support IT infrastructure requirements in the manufacturing/plant environment.
