We are looking for an experienced Senior Technician who will lead field service operations, manage a team of 2 Junior Technicians, and ensure daily service targets are achieved. The role combines technical expertise, team supervision, customer handling, and daily performance tracking.

The primary KPI is to ensure minimum 4 completed service jobs per technician per day (12 jobs/day team output).
