Job description:
A. ERP Review & Optimization
Audit the current ERP for scalability.
Map workflows vs. ERP capabilities; identify gaps.
Gather stakeholder inputs and define satisfaction metrics.
Recommend optimization or migration with a clear roadmap.
Evaluate and select ERP vendors (e.g., SAP B1, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, ERPNext).
Lead implementation/enhancement: configuration, migration, training, go-live.
Track adoption, SLAs, and continuous improvement.
B. Data Dashboards & Business Intelligence
Build and maintain Google Sheets–based dashboards (production, inventory, dispatch, finance).
Automate data integration (Apps Script, APIs, ERP feeds).
Ensure role-based, actionable KPI reporting for leadership.
Define transition roadmap to scalable BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio).
C. Hardware Review & IT Infrastructure
Conduct hardware and network audit across locations.
Assess capacity for current and 2× future growth.
Design scalable IT architecture (on-premise/hybrid/cloud).
Upgrade networks (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, OT/IT segmentation).
Implement cybersecurity, backup, and data policies.
Manage IT asset lifecycle and system integrations (plant equipment).
D. Team Leadership & IT Operations
Lead and develop IT team; define roles and KRAs.
Act as escalation point for IT issues.
Implement helpdesk/ticketing system with SLAs.
Manage vendors, licenses, and AMC contracts.
Plan and control IT budget with ROI focus.
Ensure governance, compliance, and data security.
E. Strategic Technology Planning
Build 2–5 year IT roadmap aligned with growth.
Drive digital initiatives (automation, real-time tracking, portals).
Advise management on relevant technology trends.
